Founded 80 years ago in Nagasaki Prefecture, Shimabara, JAPAN.
For three generations, they have been focusing on blacksmiths, thinking about the user, and making light and sharp knives one by one with great care.

Jyunichi Ide who is artisan of Japanese Hamono. He is running business with his mother and wife. Jyuichi Ide have been working as artisan of Japanese Hamono for more than 20years. As 3rd generation he try hard to express and inheriting his technical capabilities for next generation.
